Got the chair two weeks ago — delivery was actually quick. First few days it wouldn't go up and down; I emailed a couple times and messaged on Facebook. Replies were slow at first, but customer service eventually fixed it, so I'm relieved and mostly happy.

Bought this 'Dark Knight' recliner at Staples a few months ago and I was pretty excited — first night I realized one side was jammed. I emailed and, well, figured I'd wait forever, but they called back next day with a plan, pretty quick. The tech came that week, swapped the part and now it reclines like new, which is a relief, honestly.

I’m glad I switched, despite being skeptical at first. Needed a sturdier chair for bad lower-back days and after a bad experience with another brand I was cautious. The build feels solid and the wobble I noticed was fixed quickly — parts arrived within a week. The rep I dealt with was patient and helpful, so the small hiccup didn’t ruin things.

So, I bought this Dark Knight Gaming Chair from a store earlier this year, eh. But, unfortunately, one of the recliners got stuck soon after I started using it, you know. I decided to shoot an email to the customer service team about the issue, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they got back to me, eh. The next day, I got a call from a rep who gave me a good solution to the problem. Their efficiency and professionalism really impressed me, eh. I got the replacement part within the same week, and now my chair works perfectly, just like it's brand new. I gotta say, I'm really happy with the service I got, eh.

I had a solid chair, but the tilt mechanism was making it shaky. Got a replacement in a week and the service was amazing! Definitely recommending this chair now. Huge shoutout to Dawn for being so helpful!
