CommunicationI bought this thing a few months ago and hopped right on the warranty when something went wrong — first impression was hopeful, website promised live help. But it's basically a bot saying "we're unavailable" and then a canned reply promising to ship a fix next week. Weeks turned into months, same loop. Really annoying, felt duped, low trust now, and (sigh).

I've emailed them several times for an update, but haven't heard back at all. This lack of care for customers is not okay, and I feel frustrated and ignored. I recommend avoiding this company if you care about good customer service.
