Bracelet Shipping Issue

Speed

I recently bought some bracelets online and although the bracelets themselves were nice, I had a big problem with the shipping. I chose express shipping, thinking I would get my order in 1-3 days as they said. But my bracelets actually took close to two weeks to arrive, which was a big pain because I bought them as a gift for someone overseas. When I reached out to customer service about getting a refund for the late shipping, they said no. Overall, I was pretty frustrated and let down by the whole thing. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend paying extra for expedited shipping since it didn't work out for me like they said it would.

Bracelet and T-shirt

Speed

I am so upset with the service I got from this company. The shipping was so slow, way slower than I thought it would be, especially around the holidays and earlier in the year. It was really annoying to have to wait so long for my order to come in.

bracelet and cleaning kit

Speed

I finally got my bracelet and cleaning kit, eh! It took forever, but I think it's because they're busy doing their part to clean up the oceans, eh. I guess that makes sense. We always want things right away, but sometimes it's worth the wait for something as important as a clean ocean, eh?

About 4Ocean

4Ocean is a for-profit company that focuses on the removal of trash from the ocean and coastlines while raising awareness about ocean conservation. Founded in 2017 by Alex Schulze and Andrew Cooper, the idea was conceived after a surfing trip to Bali, Indonesia, where they were confronted with the overwhelming issue of ocean pollution. To tackle this global problem, 4Ocean offers bracelets made from recycled materials, with the sales funding the removal of one pound of trash from the ocean and coastlines for each bracelet sold. Beyond merchandise sales, the company also engages in various cleanup operations around the world and advocates for sustainable practices to protect marine environments.
