Halfway through the holiday rush I realized the gift cards shipped without any message — awkward. The cards themselves are fine, nice weight and look, but they landed as anonymous envelopes. I tried Support multiple times; no replies, no phone pick-up. It felt like shouting into a void. Next time I’ll call first or add a handwritten note myself. They should sort out their messaging process.

don't trust them with your address — they didn't keep it private. I signed up with Sugarfina years back for a one-time coupon and later unsubscribed. I usually tag every sign-up in Gmail so I can track where spam is coming from. A little while ago I started getting emails that showed my Sugarfina tag but were actually from Mark & Graham, a company I'd never heard of and certainly never signed up to. The only logical conclusion is Sugarfina passed my contact info along. That stung. I expected the usual promotional mail, not a resale of my details. It's disappointing and makes me hesitate to give any info to similar shops again.
