CommunicationThe experience of ordering personalized sweets from this website was just so nice! It was super easy to go through the website and pick out the colors and photos for the treats. Everything went really smoothly and without any troubles, making it a fun and enjoyable time. Plus, the email they sent afterwards was quick and gave me all the info I needed about my order. I totally think that personalized treats would make a great gift to give to someone special, letting them enjoy a unique and thoughtful snack.

CommunicationI had some trouble when I tried to order some personalized M&M's as a customer. At first, I couldn't get the website to work on my Firefox browser, which was pretty annoying. I tried a few times to make my purchase, but it just wasn't working out. Luckily, when I switched over to Chrome, everything was smooth sailing and I was able to order without any more problems.

CommunicationThe website was super slow and it just wouldn't work when I tried using incognito mode. I even tried resetting my password, but didn't get an email for like forever. Eventually, I managed to place my order without logging in and the designs were actually really nice. Although, I thought 10 Euros for standard shipping was kinda expensive.
