Slecht match voor mijn hond
Slecht match voor mijn hond
CommunicationMy dog sniffed a can and walked away. I bought six cases of the wet kidney diet because she needs a special food for her kidney issues. It arrived on time and the boxes looked fine, so delivery itself was okay. The food, though, smells off and the texture put her off right away. I rang to get a refund and offered to send everything back. They told me to throw it out or donate it. I was told I’d get a full refund, but only $35.85 hit my account out of $251.31. I called again — this is call number six — and spoke with Shen who couldn’t explain it and said IT would look on Monday. There’s background noise like they’re working from home. I’m relieved at least something was refunded and they promised to follow up, but the communication and the product quality left me frustrated. Be cautious.

Communicationconfusing. Lots of retailers I asked had no clue what I meant and Hill's told me I needed a card I never received. Their first reply was basically “contact support,” the same support I had already emailed, which was annoying. After a couple of back-and-forths someone on the other end actually sorted my account and applied the discount to my next order — that’s the moment I felt satisfied. Delivery arrived on time, price was what I expected then. Not perfect by any means, you do have to push for it and shops can be clueless, but once it’s set up it does work.
