ServiceWas unloading the box and thought, huh — one thing missing. I messaged them, they actually checked the packing video, admitted the slip-up and refunded me quick. Kinda nice how they handled it — not perfect, but fair. I’ll order again; maybe just double-check next time.

DeliveryI liked the product itself, which arrived as ordered — no complaints there. I was doubtful at first (had a rough run with another company before), but customer service actually followed up and smoothed things out. Delivery by the carrier was slow and unhelpful though, which annoyed me.

First night we slow-roasted the ribs, sitting around the kitchen table. First bite and I knew we’d be ordering again — clean, tender meat with real flavour. I’m so glad we tried them. Already bought another box.

Tried them first last winter, and I knew I’d stick with them when the steaks showed up perfectly chilled and ready to cook. A couple small packaging dings, but quality and shipping are great.
