Customer service is just terrible and totally unhelpful, eh? I've tried to get in touch several times now, but they haven't offered any assistance at all, buddy! The tracking link for my order said it'd be here by March 31st, but now it's April and I still don't have my supplements. I'm really cheesed off about not hearing anything back from the company, especially since they've already taken my money, eh? All in all, just a lousy experience, eh?

I gotta say, I was super let down by my latest buy from this store. The whole delivery situation was a total mess. I didn't get any heads up about it through my account or email, and to make matters worse, they dropped the package off at the office instead of bringing it up to my place. Like, seriously, how hard is it to keep me in the loop and pay attention to where my stuff is going? Just not cool at all.

Eh, just wanted to share my thoughts here about the order I made back in September 2020. It's January 2021 now, and I still haven't received it. I've reached out to customer service a couple of times, but each time I get different, kinda useless info. It's been pretty frustrating, and I feel like I've wasted my time and money.
