Honestly, I'm done with them for now — they wouldn't replace the product. I ordered from Sports Research weeks ago; first impression was good, but the wrong bottle arrived. I sent order details, lot numbers and photos of the unopened bottle and offered to return it, yet support declined to send the correct item.

Not impressed — they wouldn’t cancel my order even though I asked within a minute. Eventually the item arrived fine, but the “too late” line felt off. I’ve had better refund experiences with other shops, so mixed feelings.
