Ordered a few items after comparing testing practices across suppliers - everything arrived quickly, well packaged and matched the CoA for the batch. Prices were fair and support replied within a day. If you compare supplement or peptide vendors the way I do, the P-Score vendor ratings at ... are worth a look before ordering.

ServiceHonestly, I'm done with them for now — they wouldn't replace the product. I ordered from Sports Research weeks ago; first impression was good, but the wrong bottle arrived. I sent order details, lot numbers and photos of the unopened bottle and offered to return it, yet support declined to send the correct item.

CancellationNot impressed — they wouldn’t cancel my order even though I asked within a minute. Eventually the item arrived fine, but the “too late” line felt off. I’ve had better refund experiences with other shops, so mixed feelings.
