items went out of stock, I got offered store credit instead of a refund, and a surprise subscription showed up (minimum three months—ugh). I complained and, to their credit, customer service stepped in and sorted most of it out: they cancelled the sub, processed a partial refund, and re-shipped what they had. Delivery was patchy when stock ran low, but once it was available it arrived on time. I’m glad it ended better than I feared, and I’ll keep buying, though I’ll watch stock levels and maybe keep a backup supply myself.
