I complained and, to their credit, customer service stepped in and sorted most of it out: they cancelled the sub, processed a partial refund, and re-shipped what they had. Delivery was patchy when stock ran low, but once it was available it arrived on time. I’m glad it ended better than I feared, and I’ll keep buying, though I’ll watch stock levels and maybe keep a backup supply myself.

On moving day I shoved a few boxes into the car and realized I’d forgotten to reorder the supplements that actually help my back. I ordered the longevity bundle because my physio suggested consolidating brands; I’d had a bad experience before with broken bottles so I was a bit tense. They emailed quickly when one item was out of stock and refunded that part right away, which was a relief. Also, surprised the refund showed up fast. The remaining products feel high quality and I’ve been using them fine. Delivery padding was weak — just two sheets of paper around glass bottles and one lid got chipped. No spill, but I moved the capsules into another container to be safe. Recommend better padding and more peanuts.
