SubscriptionI had this super annoying experience with this store I love, eh. I never signed up for automatic orders, but they sent me something I never even wanted, and took the money from my account. I called three times to customer service, and they said I gotta pay $14 to send it back even though it was totally their fault. Honestly, it's got me feeling pretty let down and ticked off. Now I don't even know if I can trust 'em.
