I signed up last fall and at first I expected the usual fluff. Instead they actually call when markets shift, and that kept me calm — oddly reassuring. They're thorough and proactive, though fees felt a smidge high. Sometimes trades are fast; that can be jarring but overall their updates are the thing I liked most.

I was on the fence about switching my RRSP to them — fees, trust questions. Booked a call to ask specifics. No-show, chatted, agent said he'd be right there, then silence. No follow-up about what happened. My doubts didn’t go away; I use them for monthly contributions, so it's annoying.

the interface actually looks nice and I liked poking around the crypto bits, but that’s about where the good stuff stops. I used this for small crypto trades and a lazy ETF plan for retirement — nothing fancy — and when ETFs rolled out they shoved me into an IBIT holding (no heads-up) that I could’ve bought myself on Schwab. Trying to close the account turned into a multi-day chat saga (they don’t even have a phone), and in that gap IBIT slid and I lost a couple grand. The surprise was the slick app; the disappointment was the slow support and the fees that suddenly felt pointless. Won’t risk that again.

relaxed, full of little surprises, and somehow easy to manage. One sour note though: Titan shut the feedback link less than a week after we got back. Really? Give people time to unpack, sleep, actually think. My tip: take your own notes or push for a longer survey window. Otherwise, solid trip, would recommend.
