Broken start, happy finish

ServiceI opened the package and thought great — box mangled, hinge gone. I emailed a few times and, at first, silence. Then a rep actually called back and arranged a replacement quickly; they even covered return shipping and offered a refund option. Not the cheapest stuff around, but seeing the kid play with the new toy made me glad I stuck with it. I've had worse after-sales elsewhere, so this felt surprisingly professional and I'm thankful they fixed it for real.

Deliverydirect stock trades, new investment types, and they actually roll out updates regularly. Customer service answered quickly when I had questions, and they fixed a small glitch. It's not perfect, but delivery of features and support have been solid, so I'm staying.

ServiceI signed up because I needed somewhere to stash emergency cash for a move — rent jumped and I panicked. I hesitated for days (read the reviews), but the rep was so friendly (almost too friendly) and kept nudging me to add more. I ended up wiring $3,200. At first everything felt fine, then when I tried to pull out some gains they suddenly wanted a 10% "tax fee" up front and my account went into "verification" mode for weeks. After weeks of emails I got canned replies and then silence. Now my account's locked and I can't touch the money. Felt bamboozled.
Pretty app, poor follow-through

Communicationthe interface actually looks nice and I liked poking around the crypto bits, but that’s about where the good stuff stops. I used this for small crypto trades and a lazy ETF plan for retirement — nothing fancy — and when ETFs rolled out they shoved me into an IBIT holding (no heads-up) that I could’ve bought myself on Schwab. Trying to close the account turned into a multi-day chat saga (they don’t even have a phone), and in that gap IBIT slid and I lost a couple grand. The surprise was the slick app; the disappointment was the slow support and the fees that suddenly felt pointless. Won’t risk that again.

Communicationrelaxed, full of little surprises, and somehow easy to manage. One sour note though: Titan shut the feedback link less than a week after we got back. Really? Give people time to unpack, sleep, actually think. My tip: take your own notes or push for a longer survey window. Otherwise, solid trip, would recommend.

CancellationIt was the morning I decided to pull the plug that everything felt oddly slow, like a bunch of small frictions added up. I started with them last summer after a few ads and a friend’s recommendation; signing up was painless and the app looked good, so I let the robo run my account. At first it was kind of fun to check in — the bot made trades and things moved without me babysitting. Then over a couple months the account plunged to about half its value, and after some time it recovered only partially so I'm still sitting roughly 20% down. Losses happen, I get that, but the way they handled my exit soured things. When I tried to close my account they asked for full bank statements from any connected account — not a simple screenshot but detailed transaction lists — plus a fresh photo ID, and then said it would take time to process. That felt invasive and like an unnecessary hurdle just to get my funds, and it made me wary about privacy. Their chat replies were slow, often templated, and phone support was non-existent. I pressed them for a clear explanation of how the drop happened and kept getting jargon and vague excuses. Fees also read higher than other robo apps I’ve used. There’s still a little enthusiasm left because the onboarding was easy, but overall I’m disappointed and would be cautious recommending them.
