So, I bought the Alpha Brain supplement online not too long ago, and let me tell you, it wasn't a great time. I took the supplement and ended up feeling sweaty, dizzy, weak, had diarrhea, cramps, and even threw up. It was so bad that I had to call in sick to work because I couldn't handle it. I know supplements can vary from person to person, but the reaction I had was really concerning. My advice would be to be careful before giving this product a go and maybe talk to a doctor first.

I recently made the decision to give the Total Human Pack a try because I've been a fan of the Alpha Brain and New Mood supplements. But, sadly, after just one night of taking the Total Human Pack, I had really bad stomach cramps that made it impossible for me to even move. As the week went on, the cramps got a bit better but they were still hanging around. I'm not sure if this is a common thing to happen when taking vitamins, but it's definitely made me think twice about continuing with them. This whole thing has left me feeling pretty confused and disappointed because I've always trusted the quality of products from this company.

Oh man, let me tell you about these Alpha Brain pills. They definitely helped me focus a bit more, but man, the side effects. It felt like my head was being squeezed tight, like wearing a hat that's too small. The effects stuck around for a few hours, but I wasn't too happy about it. Maybe I'll try the Alpha Brain Instant next time.
