Super dishonest
They're not being honest at all. They're being all vague, charging way too much, and I couldn't even sign in for weeks. And when I finally did, they had some terrible excuse. And don't even get me started on all the annoying emails they keep sending. Those positive reviews must be totally fake. Do your own research, obviously. But, hey, I'll give credit where it's due, I did have a good experience too. I'm not a complete grouch, haha. I've told my bank so they know not to give them any of my money. I've thrown out their product, gross.
Bars and drinks
As a customer, I was so disappointed with the lack of support and communication from the company. I waited a whole week for a response to my email, and when I finally tried to call them, it was like banging my head against a wall – impossible to get through. When my order did show up, it was missing half of what I ordered – only drinks and no info on when the bars would arrive. On top of that, the drinks were terrible quality. After drinking them, I ended up with a bad stomach ache. All in all, dealing with this company was a total letdown.
