Muscle & Strength - Reviews and experiences

I bought some joint supplements for my old dog from Muscle & Strength recently. When the package came, I got a totally different order - slippers, a Disney watch, and bangles. I contacted customer service right away. They were nice, but it took a lot of back and forth to sort things out. I did get a refund eventually, but it would've been easier if they read my messages properly from the start. This mix-up has me thinking twice about ordering from Muscle & Strength again. I still wonder who got my dog's supplements.

I requested a promo code for Lipo 6, the payment problem was fixed right away. The customer service was very quick to respond and helpful all the way through the delivery process. I got the product thanks to my parents' trip to El Salvador. Thanks a lot!

I gotta say, M&S really blew me away with their amazing customer service. I messed up and gave them the wrong delivery address, but they totally came through to fix it. I've ordered from them before without any problems, so when I realized my mistake, I reached out to their customer service right away. Their generosity and dedication to making customers happy really impressed me. I'll definitely be sticking with M&S for all my supplement needs from now on.
