You're automatically signed up unless you find the hidden steps. After a few emails—sent, no replies—I found another review saying you must log in with the exact email used. I tried that, cancelled—or thought I did—but charges and surprise parcels kept coming. No acknowledgement, no cancellation emails. So now I'm annoyed, a bit embarrassed I missed it, and I plan to contact Consumer Affairs. Not fun, really.
