I’ll admit I felt relieved (and a bit annoyed) the moment the bank reversed the charge — small victory, but important. Service? Pretty poor, communication was non-existent. Product itself might be fine, and the price wasn’t outrageous, but the way they handled cancellation and ignored messages felt off. Glad it worked out in the end, and grateful for the bank and postal return option; still, I’d warn others to watch the fine print and keep an eye on charges.
