Not worth the hassle

Subscription

I almost clicked away because the deal sounded too good — and I should've. I had that nagging doubt about subscriptions, and, yeah, it turned out to be justified. You're automatically signed up unless you find the hidden steps. After a few emails—sent, no replies—I found another review saying you must log in with the exact email used. I tried that, cancelled—or thought I did—but charges and surprise parcels kept coming. No acknowledgement, no cancellation emails. So now I'm annoyed, a bit embarrassed I missed it, and I plan to contact Consumer Affairs. Not fun, really.

Decent results, terrible follow-up

Side effects

I bought this on a late-night impulse and honestly had my doubts — thought it might be one of those fads. I used a tub every day for about a month and at first it felt okay (a little more energy, nothing dramatic). Then the stomach trouble started — diarrhea pretty much nonstop — so that knocked my confidence. I messaged the company a bunch of times and eventually got a reply about a refund, but they still sent more tubs after I’d asked to cancel. Lately my emails go unanswered but the direct debit keeps coming. So, product does do something but the side effects and the awful customer side make it hard to recommend.

Half a fix, full of caveats

Subscription

softer stools, fewer surprises, small wins. Problem is the price versus what it actually is, and the marketing calling it a “complete digestive formula” felt a bit dishonest. The subscription thing pissed me off — charged after the trial with zero heads-up, and customer emails were ignored. Took some digging to cancel (Account > forgot password workaround). So yeah, it helped my gut somewhat, but I won’t keep paying that premium. If you want basic relief, psyllium husk and water gave me almost the same effect for way less cash. In short: works mildly, service is sketchy, not worth long-term at this cost.

Wary at first, product OK

Subscription

I couldn't log in to the account, kept getting an unrecognized-user message, and my cancellation emails went unanswered. They charged me again without warning, which is what worried me most. Long story short, the product is okay, maybe even good for the price, but the customer service is lacking. I contacted my card company and started a dispute — that got their attention eventually. So, mixed feelings: happy with the tub, annoyed by the subscription handling.

Finally a small win after a mess

Cancellation

I was mid-dishwash when I checked my banking app and saw another charge from them — that sinking feeling. I’d signed up because I actually needed a steady supply (bad back and really sore muscles, so supplements were a legit help), not because I wanted a monthly surprise. Turns out the subscription was tucked away in a drop-down and cancelling online was a nightmare — blocked until a second order went through. I sent emails, a few of them, and got silence. It wasn’t until I returned the unauthorised parcel and opened a dispute with my card that things moved. I’ll admit I felt relieved (and a bit annoyed) the moment the bank reversed the charge — small victory, but important. Service? Pretty poor, communication was non-existent. Product itself might be fine, and the price wasn’t outrageous, but the way they handled cancellation and ignored messages felt off. Glad it worked out in the end, and grateful for the bank and postal return option; still, I’d warn others to watch the fine print and keep an eye on charges.
