CommunicationThis supplement said it would give me more energy and help me focus better on activities, but it didn't really do much. I didn't feel any difference in my energy levels or concentration. I was pretty let down by the results, especially since it was so expensive. Also, their customer service wasn't that great either. When I asked about returning the unused bottles for a refund, like they said I could, it was hard to get a response and it took a long time. Overall, my time with Energy Complex wasn't great at all.
