I wasn't too sure about using this app since I read some negative reviews, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. I ended up reaching out to customer service by email, and they responded really quickly and were able to answer all my questions. I really enjoy the glucomannan supplement they have because it helps me curb my appetite. I'm also interested to see if it has any impact on my cholesterol levels. The app overall is pretty decent, although it would be nice if I could easily select a previous serving size when logging my meals.

I am glad to say it out loud: NO yo-yo effect. Been fasting for more than a year and even when I go on holidays, or wish to have some more chill routine my weight does not go up.
