CancellationMy experience with this platform was awful, eh. It was a real pain trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund, which just made me feel so frustrated and let down. The services they offered weren't customized or helpful at all, and they charged me a lot for generic information, eh. The customer service was basically non-existent, only those A.I. chatbots to talk to. It was a real struggle trying to get help from a real person. Overall, I think this platform is deceitful and only cares about making money, eh.
