My experience with the customer service team was amazing. I had some problems with my shipment, which I know isn't the company's fault, but the folks on the phone were super helpful and really worked hard to fix everything. I actually cancelled my subscription at first because I was so irritated about the late delivery, but the outstanding customer service made me change my mind and sign back up.
