PriceI really like that I can customize my vitamin boxes to fit my specific needs. But I do think the prices could be a bit better compared to buying vitamins individually at a store. Even though it's one of the cheaper options online, I still wonder if it's really worth it in the end.

PriceI think the prices are a bit high compared to other brands. It's really annoying that they don't offer a family plan, so I have to pay for shipping twice for my order and my partner's order. And to make things worse, my package usually arrives 3-4 days after I've already run out of vitamins, which defeats the whole point of subscribing. They definitely need to improve their system so customers don't end up without their essential products.
