CommunicationOMG, I just got this super cool sweatshirt and hoodie from that store! I've been shopping there forever, but when I went on their website after not visiting for a bit, it was a disaster! The last review on TrustPilot was from FOUR years ago, can you believe it?! I had to create a whole new account and my address was all messed up, plus they had no record of my past purchases! The chat person tried to assist but even they admitted the website was a disaster. They really need a new webmaster right away!

CommunicationI recently bought the Ultra Strength Capsaicin Pain Relieving Soothe Cream - 4 oz from the store. But when I got my order, I was let down to see that I got the wrong product. Instead of the 5 boxes of cream I wanted, I got 6 boxes of Vital3 Joint Solution and a 2oz tube of the right product. I emailed Customer Service three times, but they haven't replied. I'm not happy with the service. I hope they fix this soon.
