Shipping wasn’t the problem — they showed up on time — it’s the texture of the pill and the hidden return rule that left me annoyed. I’ve had better experiences with smaller brands that were upfront and easy to deal with, so this felt like a step back. Now I’m stuck trying to resell or toss them, which feels wasteful. Honestly, if texture and taste matter to you, think twice.
