ServiceI bought some supplements from A1Supplements not long ago, and things got messed up with the delivery - it ended up going to the wrong address. When it got sent back to them, I've been waiting over a month and a half now without getting my hands on the product or a refund. I've tried reaching out to customer service five times and sent three emails, but it's been crickets - no response at all. This has definitely been the worst customer service experience I've ever had to deal with.
