PartsI was so pumped to get my hands on my new coilovers, everyone was raving about how awesome they are. I finally got them, and they were exactly what I was hoping for - top quality and a great design. I was itching to slap them on my car and hit the road. But, when the package arrived, I realized they sent me the wrong part. It was such a pain having to deal with the whole return process and waiting for the right part to come in. Despite that hiccup, I gotta shout out the customer service team, they really came through. They were super quick to fix my issue and made sure I got the right part ASAP. Overall, I'm happy with my buy, but it would've been way better if they got my order right the first time.
