I recently bought some car parts from this company and, sadly, they ended up sending it to the wrong address. Because of this mistake, I ended up losing money and facing a big financial hit. Even after trying multiple times to sort things out, the company has been no help at all and won't give me my money back. I've brought this issue to the attention of regulators as I think the company has broken consumer protection laws. Dealing with this company has been a total headache and I really recommend that others stay away from buying anything from them.

I've been getting spam emails from their company non-stop. There's no option to stop receiving these annoying emails, and they're even showing other customers' email addresses, which is a big privacy breach. It's not cool how they're handling customers' personal info. They need to fix this right away. They should really upgrade their data protection policies to avoid more problems like this down the road.
