Coilover purchase
I was so pumped to get my hands on my new coilovers, everyone was raving about how awesome they are. I finally got them, and they were exactly what I was hoping for - top quality and a great design. I was itching to slap them on my car and hit the road. But, when the package arrived, I realized they sent me the wrong part. It was such a pain having to deal with the whole return process and waiting for the right part to come in. Despite that hiccup, I gotta shout out the customer service team, they really came through. They were super quick to fix my issue and made sure I got the right part ASAP. Overall, I'm happy with my buy, but it would've been way better if they got my order right the first time.
Timing belt kit purchase
Eh, overall, I'm pretty happy with the timing belt kit I got from the website. But, there was a problem with the water pump being bent from shipping. It took longer than I thought it would to get it sorted with customer service. I had to send a bunch of photos and keep bugging them before I finally got a refund, which was a bit annoying. I also found it weird that they wanted me to leave a review before giving me my money back. Hopefully, sharing this feedback will help make things better for other customers in the future, eh.
Orders for turbo, coilovers
I got this awesome turbo for my car and it's been solid for quite a while now. It's been through a bunch of drift events and has never failed me. Recently, I also got another turbo for my other car, and it's running smoothly as well. Had a small issue with the coilovers I purchased, but the team sorted it out in no time. My partner drives the car and absolutely loves it. All in all, considering the price, it's a great choice.
Turbocharger purchase
I just bought a turbocharger from these folks and let me tell you, I am super impressed with the service I got. The staff really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Broken generator cord
I got this generator and the pull cord broke after only 5 uses. I tried asking for help but couldn't find anyone willing to help me get a replacement part. It's so frustrating!!

I just bought some auto parts and it was a really good experience. The customer service was top-notch, they answered my questions quickly. They confirmed right away that the parts were available, so the whole process went smoothly. The prices were fair and the parts I got were good quality. I might get more stuff for my other vehicles in the future. All in all, it was a positive experience with awesome customer service and quick replies.
Faulty heater replacement
So, I got this wonky heater that decided to conk out on me after only a few times using it. But hey, props to their customer service team, they actually swapped out the bum part for me without any extra charge. They were super helpful and quick about it too. Gotta give 'em credit for that. Even though we got off to a rough start, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again down the road.
Starter motor for my husky ride-on mower
I got sick of the crazy expensive prices from the lawnmower shop, so I thought I'd try my luck with a replacement from this spot. I was kinda hesitant about aftermarket stuff, but for $92 instead of $577, I figured why not give it a go. And man, am I happy I did! The motor showed up quicker than I thought, and let me tell ya, this starter is way better than the original one. Thanks, guys!
Coilovers for my car
I recently bought some coilovers for my ride and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. The folks there were super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed without any issues. I gotta give a big shoutout to Hank from the call center, he was awesome at walking me through everything. Only thing I'm hoping for is that they might sponsor my YouTube channel down the road.
I bought some car parts
I bought some car parts that were super easy to install in my ride and they were really good quality. I ran into an issue with one of them leaking, but they sent me a replacement right away. I was really pleased with the customer service and how everything turned out in the end.
Front conversion shocks for my car
I was really struggling to figure out how to fix my suspension problems. I tried everything from checking the fuse to replacing the pump to installing a new relay, but nothing was doing the trick. Then I had the idea to switch out my front shocks with a conversion set. I'll definitely share more details once I get it all sorted out and put the rear set on too!
Got wheel spacers
OMG, these wheel spacers are amazing! They arrived really quickly and were so well protected in the package. They fit my wheels perfectly and were exactly what I was expecting. The team was really friendly, especially Addison. I will definitely be shopping here again!
