ComplaintsEquityNet is a total mess. Their customer service is basically non-existent, and good luck trying to get help with your investment questions. The prices are sky-high considering the terrible service you get in return. I've never seen such expensive fees for such poor support before. The ordering process is way too complicated and inefficient, it's a nightmare to figure out. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it's more like no delivery, since you end up waiting forever for any kind of help. All in all, EquityNet is a disaster waiting to happen for any investor trying to make a wise choice.
