Priceexplained what each line was, adjusted one fee and sent the filing confirmation on time. So yeah, still annoyed about the surprise cost, but their rep handled it professionally and delivery wasn't a problem. If you're trying them, get a full cost breakdown before you commit. Would I use them again? Maybe, but I'll be watching the totals.
