OverallRight as I washed my first mug, I knew it worked — not perfect.
Password reset loop during a move

App & PortalBought some deals and then forgot my password — I needed to grab them for an upcoming move, so not great timing. The site lets you request a reset, but the link just dumps you back to the same screen and asks how you want to reset again, like a loop. I emailed support and never heard back. The service itself seemed fine when I used it before, but account access is a real headache.

Serviceneat, and pretty useful, especially since eating out is pricey. I mostly pick coupons for the handful of places I actually go to. There aren’t many partners nearby, which is a bummer. Sometimes the printable coupon takes a while to load. I’ve messaged support a couple times and they always answer fast and the coupon shows up. Delivery of the coupon and the quick customer service are why I stick with it. Pretty happy so far.

ComplaintsI felt like I’d scored a deal and it made an otherwise expensive dinner feel easier. But it’s hit-or-miss; out of five attempts over a year, a few restaurants simply said they wouldn’t accept them (three times, actually), which was annoying and awkward at the hostess stand. The catch is the credit/refund rules — the site lists long expiry periods, but their credit for rejected certificates drops off much sooner, so you only find out you're stuck when you try to use one months later. So now I only buy if I plan to use it right away, or if I can swap it for another place. Good value sometimes, but be prepared to be disappointed.

Priceads were live and we got a few real calls. That was the surprising bit — some leads were genuine. Then it went sideways. People rang saying they’d paid $30 for the $100 off. We didn’t want that coupon model. I asked them to pull it. I asked again. Months went by. No change. Then an $8,500 bill showed up, referred to collections. The salesperson never warned us about reduced-sale scenarios or eventual charges. So my doubts before purchase were never fully resolved, and that’s the part that stings.
