The one-wheel revelation
The one-wheel revelation
Servicea neighbourhood repair guy popped in a replacement and when it rolled out of his shop I felt relieved — that little moment of smooth rolling made me think, alright, this still does the job.
Almost perfect, except the straps

Overallzippers, pockets and the look are spot on, and I was actually surprised by a clever hidden pocket. But the shoulder padding is thin, not enough for long walks with heavy loads, sadly.
Light but shows wear too fast

Overallit picked up scratches almost immediately, even from sitting in a car trunk and a move at the airport. I tried wiping it down. Scratches stayed. A bummer for something at this price. Still useful, still well designed, but the finish needs work. I'm a little disappointed.
That 'oh okay' moment
That 'oh okay' moment
Overall
boarding, gate change, tight overhead bin — it behaved. That’s the exact moment I felt okay about spending a bit more than usual.
Two quibbles: the metal zipper tabs are twisted and fiddly to grab when you're in a hurry; a rubber grip would fix that. The design is plain, though the teal colour makes it a bit fun.
Compared to past cheap bags that fell apart after a couple of flights, this already feels sturdier. Only time will tell on longevity, but for now I'm pleasantly surprised — mildly sceptical at first, turned satisfied. Customer service I haven't used yet, so no comment there. Would recommend if you want something lightweight and reliable for a few years, despite small zipper annoyance.
Nice look, weak guts

Serviceyou fill out the form, then you have to chase a general inbox to get anything moving. They did send a replacement — same model — so that was something, but I’m still uneasy about how long it’ll last. Using it feels a bit tentative; I fold clothes carefully, I don’t overfill, I baby the zip. Delivery and packaging were fine, ordering was easy, but for the price I expected sturdier build. I left a negative review and it didn’t show up, which made me suspicious of their site rating. Stylish, sure, but not the confidence I wanted.
