Package late, customer service sorted it; works for coffee

I gotta tell you, I signed up for the free trial but had to cancel it because my holiday plans for 2023 were already set. The thing is, I accidentally entered the wrong email address and got charged anyway. Luckily, when I reached out to the Club, they were super helpful, polite, and gave me a refund right away. I was really surprised by how great their customer service was. That two-factor authentication thing, where I had to enter a code to prove it was really me, was a nice security touch. Even with that little hiccup, I was pretty impressed with the deals they had and I'll definitely think about signing up again next year.

I can't take advantage of the offers just yet because of my studies, but I'm always looking for flights to cool places to learn more. The team, especially Chris, has been really helpful when I had a problem with my subscription. Stay alert, because the sky's the limit when it comes to possibilities.
