I had almost written this booking off by the second day. More than 40 hours passed before the PNR showed up, and during that time I got several calls asking to confirm details they already had on file. Then an email asked me to switch payment methods, with a noticeably higher fare, which didn’t inspire confidence. Still, once the ticket was actually issued and I could see the PNR, I knew the booking was finally solid and I was satisfied enough to stop worrying. It worked in the end, but the process felt far more stressful than it needed to be. If your dates are flexible and you can wait, it may be fine; otherwise I’d book somewhere with clearer, faster confirmation.

The moment Turkish Airlines cancelled my IST–TEH leg, I figured sorting it out would be annoying, but I didn’t expect it to become this messy. At the airport I was refused boarding because the rest of the itinerary no longer worked. Oojo then labelled me a no-show, even though Turkish Airlines told me directly that wasn’t true. I sent screenshots and tried to explain, but the support calls felt dismissive, especially the late-night one. The agent focused on my layover instead of the cancellation. I booked through them hoping for backup when plans changed; instead, I was left chasing answers on my own.
