OverallMy stay at the hotel was kind of disappointing. The room was big and clean, but it didn't have that fancy feel and little touches I was hoping for at a fancy hotel. The service was just okay, with the staff seeming like they had other things on their mind and not really caring about giving a special experience. Plus, the prices for things like food and activities were way too high, which made it hard to see the value in an average stay. Even though the location was handy and the views from the Sky Bar were nice, overall, I wasn't too happy with my time at the hotel.
