I used this travel search engine to book a flight recently and I wasn't too happy with it. The website was all over the place and hard to figure out, so it was tough to find good deals. The search results weren't very reliable and sometimes showed prices that were old or flights that weren't even available. Customer service was pretty much non-existent, taking forever to get back to me when I had questions. All in all, I was let down by the service.

I must say, ordering from them was a total nightmare! Their website was so hard to use and navigate, it made me frustrated the whole time. They didn't give clear directions and the layout was all confusing, which left me feeling really annoyed. Their service was honestly not great at all. Customer support was no help and hardly ever replied, so I had to figure things out myself. The prices were a surprise too - there were all these sneaky fees and extra charges that I didn't expect. And don't even get me started on the delivery - my e-ticket took forever to show up, making me stress out for no reason. All in all, dealing with this company was pretty disappointing.
