CommunicationI was stoked to give BeRightBack a shot and experience the whole surprise travel deal. But I gotta say, I was let down by the lack of communication and transparency during the whole thing. The trips themselves were okay, but not being able to choose where I was going was really annoying. It felt like a gamble every time.
