SpeedThe stuff on this service is really good, they have lots of movies and TV shows to choose from. It's easy to find stuff with the interface, and the video quality is great. But sometimes, I've had problems with buffering and lag when I'm trying to watch something, which can be annoying. When it comes to customer service, it's a mixed bag - some reps are helpful, but others don't seem to know what's going on. The price is a bit high compared to other services, but there's a lot of content so it's worth it. They're pretty good at adding new episodes and movies regularly though. Overall, I like using this service, I just wish there were fewer technical issues and better support from customer service.
