Getting calls back on track
Getting calls back on track
ServiceHalfway through a commute I noticed the bars dipping and calls muffling — thought it was my phone at first. Started using it more that week and reached support; Tom took over, ran through tests, tried a couple fixes, even got manager sign-off. Still a bit wary, but now calls are solid, so I’m pleased.

StabilityFirst saw it on a neighbourhood Facebook group and signed my dad up for a 10 GB plan. I knew I was happy the first week on a long drive — zero drops, no slowdown, and I actually said, okay that's solid. Then I added a 5 GB line for my mom after she complained about her old provider; same reliability. Their support fixed a billing tweak fast, surprise. I told my sister.

ServiceI was staring at my old phone on the kitchen table, thinking "not again", since I've had a couple of sketchy experiences with other carriers. This time the SIM arrived fast — like really fast — and the delivery tracking was accurate. Setup didn't go perfectly at first; 2FA wouldn't finish, and I started to get nervous. Customer service picked up the phone, was patient, walked me through a workaround and then stayed on the line while the transfer completed. So yeah, it took a bit longer than I hoped, but they stuck with it and sorted things out. The whole thing felt smooth once someone actually helped me, which you don't always get. Price is fair for what you get, not the cheapest but better than dealing with headaches later. Overall pleased, a little relieved, and would use them again.

Installationgetting a new number is effortless, but if you're porting, physical SIM seemed simpler for me. Pretty happy overall.

ServiceI tried porting my number maybe six times over three months, endlessly chatting and emailing. Support is chat-only and some reps clearly knew their stuff and helped fast, others had to go ask around and left me hanging with the same line — “just wait.” After 60 days of no activation I had to pay $5 to extend the grace period, then I lost the physical SIM and paid another $7 to switch to eSIM. All in all about 10 emails, 20 chats, a couple escalations, and a fair bit of head-shaking. The pricing is actually very good compared with other providers I’ve used, who are pricier but sometimes easier on the porting front, so it’s a trade-off. I’m mildly annoyed by the setup, sure, but grateful it ultimately worked and that a few helpful reps pushed it over the line. If you’re patient and persistent, you’ll probably be happy with the end result.
