I really liked dealing with this company. Even though they come across as pretty laid-back, they really care about making sure their customers are happy. The stuff they sell is really good quality. Shipping could be faster and cheaper, but it's not a huge deal. I don't mind shelling out a bit more for their stuff because I respect the hard work they put into their designs as a Canadian company. It's more than just buying something, it represents who they are.

Despite a bit of a rough patch with some items getting lost in the mail, I was really impressed by the customer service at this company. The chatbots they use were super helpful in getting my issue sorted out quickly. They sent a replacement right away and made sure it got to me on time, even going above and beyond my expectations. The product itself was really high quality and the unboxing was a top-notch experience. I definitely recommend their services and would love to see them branch out to India, where I think there's a huge market waiting. It can be a pain to import from the States, so faster delivery within 3 days would make a big difference for customers there.
