Zola - Reviews and experiences

I was super disappointed with my experience at this store, eh? I called for help when they were supposed to be open, but no one picked up. And when I finally got through, the person wasn't all that helpful, you know? The stuff I bought didn't even look like the pictures online and they were way too pricey for what they were. And on top of that, when I tried to return something, they only handed me store credit for next time! What a rip-off, eh?

They sent me the wrong item from my registry twice. I reached out to customer service for the third time, and they assured me they would send the correct one. But then they disappeared and ignored my emails asking about the right item. Their customer service is terrible, so disappointing. We're removing our registry from their site and looking for somewhere else to register. I'm telling all my friends who are getting married to steer clear of them.

Zola might be good for big parties and stuff, but they dropped the ball when it came to a small, cozy wedding that wanted a livestream. Even though they got extra money for it, the Zola team couldn't figure out how to make it work, leaving the older folks and friends who couldn't make it in person feeling bummed out. It's a good idea to have a backup plan for important stuff because you can't always count on Zola for those special moments.

My experience with customer service was a total letdown, eh? They didn't give me a phone number to call, and it took forever for them to reply to my emails. The invitations I ordered were wrong, and it was a pain trying to reach them to fix it, you know? I really recommend avoiding this company, bud. They only offered to refund the expensive express shipping fee I paid, which just doesn't cut it. I'm thinking about disputing the charges with my bank to sort this out, eh.
