Zola - Reviews and experiences

I had such a bad time trying to transfer cash gifts over $1000. Their customer service team just kept going around in circles for three days, each time telling me a different reason why I couldn't finish the transfer. It's really frustrating and it's still not sorted out.

I used this platform not too long ago to send some cash to a friend for their wedding. But I gotta say, the whole thing was a bit of a nightmare. The website seemed sketchy and not very secure, and to top it off, my friend's account got hacked and the money got stolen. When we contacted customer service, they kinda tried to sweep it under the rug at first, but then just stopped replying altogether. It was super disappointing and frustrating, especially since we were expecting better security and customer service from them.

I signed up as a vendor and got kicked out after 6 weeks with no warning. I wouldn't suggest signing up because they can just boot you out for no reason, even if you didn't do anything wrong.

Eh, buddy, I gotta tell ya, Zola ain't cool at all, eh. I ordered six things, right, and only three came in. And here's the kicker, they were all beat up, with forklift holes and everything! Some of the stuff looked sketchy, like it came from some random seller. And when I tried to call and complain, it was like talking to a wall, impossible, eh. So, my advice? Check out what they got, but buy somewhere else, ya know. You'll probably find better deals, eh!
