Zola - Reviews and experiences

I recently tried out a website for a cash registry and I have to say, it was a bit confusing at first. I found it a bit tricky to access the gift tracker like I wanted to. Instead of just logging in on the main website, I had to use a special link for my registry to get to the gift tracker. Once I got that part sorted out, everything else went pretty smoothly. I've heard some mixed reviews about this website for things like cards and physical gifts, but for managing cash gifts, it was the best option for me. I was able to easily transfer all the gifts to my bank account without any trouble. My experience shopping for my wedding registry items at this store was really disappointing. The website's registry function was so primitive and frustrating to use. It didn't link up properly with other stores like Crate & Barrel, which ended up bringing back the wrong purchases to Zola. The address function was also a mess, I wasn't even sure if my packages were going to the right place. And to top it off, the customer support was unreliable. I had to wait a whole day just to get a response to my question.
