ReliabilityI've been using this platform for help with my homework for a few years now. Sometimes I've found really smart tutors who've been super helpful with my studies. But there have been times when tutors have canceled on me last minute, leaving me in a tough spot as a student. Plus, the review system on the platform doesn't let me give feedback on tutors until after a bunch of lessons, so sometimes the ratings can be better than they should be. Just doesn't always show the true quality of the tutoring.
