QualityI was at this liquidation auction for stuff from a fancy retail store and let me tell you, the description they gave us was all wrong. The stuff I got was nothing like what they said it would be. It was super low quality and I couldn't even sell it. It's pretty shady that they're not being straight up with their customers. It's a letdown to see a store that used to be so well-respected doing stuff like this.

QualityThe ordering process went alright, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the service and delivery. When the package showed up, some of the products were damaged and some were even expired. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but didn't hear back and didn't get any compensation. It's a shame to see the quality of products and service going downhill at this store.
