OverallMy time working as a store manager at this place was honestly a total nightmare. They just threw me into the position without much training and expected me to juggle a bunch of things at once. It was super frustrating because I didn't know much about the pharmacy side of things and always got asked to help out without a clue of what to do. The vibe within the team was toxic, with the cashiers disrespecting management left and right. I always felt like I was doing way too much for not enough credit, and the work just never seemed to stop. The lack of appreciation and recognition from the higher-ups made it impossible to feel good about what I was doing day in and day out.
