I had to switch up the password and ditch the account, and then another one showed up with a phony last name and a bogus fiancé. Seriously, like, what's up with that? I reached out to customer support and they were all like, "Nah, it's legit," but come on, let's be real, it totally wasn't. Just a heads up, folks!

ReliabilityI tried booking a hotel on The Knot through my niece's website, and I got scammed by a fake Expedia agent pretending to be the hotel. They didn't give me the discount they said they would, and I only got half of my money back when I cancelled. Just a heads up, be careful out there!
